Colin Peterson continues expanding his reputation as an effective Medical Malpractice attorney. He’s won favorable settlements for clients ranging from a three-year-old child who suffered a hypoxic brain injury during her birth to a 51-year-old Minnesota man who was paralyzed from the waist down following surgery for a perforated bowel. In each case, the multimillion dollar settlements enabled the victims to gain the long-term care and rehabilitative services they would require.

Colin is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. at the University of Minnesota Law School with cum laude honors. Standing firmly behind a perennial commitment to bring legal justice to all, he was named a “North Star Lawyer” by the Minnesota State Bar Association for providing at least 50 hours of pro bono legal services (2014-2016).
