Melissa Wendland brings a unique perspective to medical malpractice litigation. Having begun as a business litigation attorney, she leverages her in-depth understanding of issues that large organizations like hospital networks consider during litigation. The result is invaluable knowledge that helps her clients navigate, assess, and recover the best compensation available in their medical malpractice cases.

“Playing hockey taught me how to take a check and get up, how to muscle out of tough corners, and how to play to win. Skating in South St. Paul taught me the right way for good neighbors and friends to treat each other.” Melissa Wendland

Melissa also practices in the areas of personal injury, product liability and other torts involving wrongdoers. A native Minnesotan with a lifelong passion for ice hockey, she put her advocacy skills to the test at a young age when she vocally and aggressively promoted the start of the first state-sanctioned high-school girls’ ice hockey team.
